Established since 1995, ActiveBrand is a reputable website software provider and consultancy. With over 80 customers, our main focus is delivering advanced e-commerce and content management solutions websites. An opportunity has now arisen for Senior Web Developers to join our team.
This is the ideal position for talented Developers to work with the latest technologies and marketing leading products.
As a Senior Web Developer you will be responsible for developing the company’s flagship product, as well as our exciting new website add-on service. Your role will also involve remote support and some client visits, therefore you will need a driving licence and ideally experience in a customer facing role.
To succeed in this position you must be an experienced Web Developer with extensive skills in the following:
- Classic ASP (VBScript), ASP.NET, C#, Visual Studio 2005/8
- SQL Server 2000 or above - including database creation, design, alteration
- HTML (XHTML), CSS, JavaScript, AJAX techniques, RSS/XML data feeds
- Understanding of Web security issues
As a Senior Web Developer you must also possess some design skills, and the ability to test websites on different browsers. You should also have a strong command of English, the willingness to work towards MCSD qualifications or similar, and a customer focused and professional approach.
